Mike Mikolajczyk
Until September, 2001, Mr. Mikolajczyk was Vice Chairman of DiamondCluster International, Inc. and remains a Director of the Company. Mr. Mikolajczyk was a founder of Diamond Technology Partners which became DiamondCluster International, a global management consulting firm. Mr. Mikolajczyk was a member of Diamond’s Management Committee and held a number of positions including President and Chief Financial Officer. Diamond Technology Partners was founded in 1994 and grew to $400 million in revenue in 2001. The company went public in 1997 and achieved a $2 Billion market capitalization in 2000. Prior to starting Diamond Technology Partners, Mr. Mikolajczyk was Chief Financial Officer with Technology Solutions, a public systems integration company. He also held several senior financial and corporate development positions with the MCI Corporation from 1981 until 1993. Mr. Mikolajczyk is also on the Board of Directors of Kanbay, International (KBAY) an off-shore IT services company and Rubicon Technology, a venture backed late stage company where he is also an angel investor.

Bruce Quade
Until June 2004, Mr. Quade was a Managing Partner of DiamondCluster International, Inc. Mr. Quade was a founding partner of Diamond Technology Partners which became DiamondCluster International, a global management consulting firm. Mr. Quade was a member of Diamond’s Management Committee from 1999 to 2004 and held a number of positions including Managing Director of the Operations Practice, Practice Lead for the Telecommunications, Healthcare and Insurance industries; Chief People officer, and Managing Partner of North America. Diamond Technology Partners was founded in 1994 and grew to $400 million in revenue in 2001. The company went public in 1997 and achieved a $2 Billion market capitalization in 2000. Prior to starting Diamond Technology Partners, Mr. Quade had over twelve years of consulting experience with two well regarded international consulting companies, Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Andersen Consulting. He was a consulting professional in the health care practices of each of the firms. Mr. Quade is currently on the Board of Directors of Pinnacle Care International Inc., and SilverTrain, Inc.
